Leo & Andreas, Zurich Wedding Photography, Switzerland
I first met Leo and Andreas for a beer and to discuss their wedding plans in one of my favourite pubs in Zürich (El Lokal) - it was one of those first impression moments where you just know how much you’re going to enjoy being part of their wedding day. They’re such a warm hearted and laid back couple and the more we chatted, the more convinced I was that, indeed, it was going to be a wedding that’s right up my street.
The venue was at the Cigarettenfabrik Zürich and the theme was floral. There was no officially ceremony, just some lovely words exchanged between each other and a quick introduction of who their guests are and where they’re from - which I found to be a really personal and inclusive touch that emphasised the importance of their friends being there to celebrate with them.
Their wedding party was fronted by a gypsy funk band that immediately got everyone up and dancing.
Simply put, this was the most relaxed and fun weddings that I have photographed in Zürich for a while!
